I've had the opportunity to work with incredibly smart and driven people from around the world. Here are a few of the official comments I've received.
PayPal - Director Revenue Operations - Channel Partner
In the past year, Noah consistently demonstrated strong performance and an amazing willingness to contribute in multiple areas within and beyond his role.
He was a positive influence through many changes who truly helped the team grow and develop into one of the top enablement teams at PayPal. And his smart and technology first approach to problem solving has been particularly impressive.
I am excited to work alongside Noah next year to advance his top ideas and opportunities to scale Partner Sales and PayPal!
As the team developed, changed, and changed again Noah consistently remained positive and solutions focused to drive success within his group and the entire Partner organization.
After a short time, Noah quickly realized the team was too reactive and created an intake framework to help organize work requests and identify recurring themes. His proactive and smart approach allowed the team to organize and tackle over 100 enablement requests covering all major Partner indicatives.
Noah also played a critical role researching and identifying opportunities to improve our Merchant Attachment (P1 Program) sales strategy across Inside Sales. He was able to quickly identify the problem, change the approach, and propose new ideas to truly advance merchant seller guidance as part of Merchant Attachment.
Beyond that Noah positioned himself as the team's industry expert with PayPal products as well as multiple sales and learning technologies. These products and technologies will provide PayPal and the Partner team the best opportunity to scale fast in 2023 and beyond.

PayPal - Sales Ops
We on Rev Ops have been working with Noah regularly on changes that impact our teams and merchants, and earlier in the year the biggest thing we were lacking was an effective change readiness strategy that ensured teammates were well equipped to work with the continuous changes happening in their tooling. Noah has been an amazing addition to our working group, both with strategy and actually managing the changes.

PayPal - Revenue Operations
Noah has been instrumental in helping us move RevOps 2023 priorities forward. He has played a huge role in change readiness for all teams when rolling out new initiatives. Noah was key in helping us build out the training schedule, meeting with front line staff ahead of roadshow sessions to gauge understanding and any concerns and helped us build out the training material to answer those questions or concerns. We have made huge progress in H2 with our frontline staff, with "Easy to prioritise" survey response increasing by 32pp from Q1 to Q2, and this would not have been as successful without Noah.

Cirrus Insight - VP Revenue
Noah is always willing to jump in and help others in times of need. Evidence of this is helping new employees learn the product and helping them ramp up by training them. Noah has created messaging, materials and approaches to communicating with prospects
and clients for our teams. He jumps in to conduct demos for others (new employees) on their prospect calls/meetings even though he didn't stand to gain anything other than the satisfaction of helping someone in a time of need and being a great team player. This all has not gone unnoticed and is much appreciated by me as your leader.

Noah has consistently proven himself as one of the most collaborative members of the Enablement team. Regardless of the ask, he is always willing to help support, provide thoughtful input and insight, and ultimately help deliver on what is needed from him. I've looped Noah in to a number of projects through the year outside of his typical BAU, several to support the launch of our Through Partner Program, and he has been a true partner in helping to support and deliver. His positive attitude and willingness to help do not go unnoticed and are vital to our team's
